OPEN: a photograph of any subject treated pictorially. A pictorial treatment is one embodying the elements of good design, arrangement or composition and which reflect the interpretation of the photographer. NIGHT STUDY: an image of buildings or scenery taken outdoors at night with the existing illumination, or with flashlight contributing no more than supplementary illumination.
